Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session: You will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no cost.

Cancellations made within 24 hours: The session may still be charged in full and is not typically eligible for a refund.

No‑shows: Missed sessions are charged in full.

If illness, capacity challenges, or unexpected circumstances arise, please reach out.
Compassion and flexibility are always considered where possible.

Packages: Refunds apply only to unused sessions and only when cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice. Completed sessions are non‑refundable.

If I need to cancel: You may reschedule or receive a full refund.

Refund processing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days.
